Acceptance of our Terms
Nature of Goods
As all the bouquets, gifts, and cakes are handmade there will by nature be a slight variation in each item. In the event that items are unavailable for a particular bouquet Red Cherry Tree Limited reserves the right to substitute for other items of equal or greater value.
Returns
We maintain the highest standards of quality control, however if you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase you may return the goods which have been unopened and untouched to us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery price). Goods must be returned to us via recorded delivery and all tracking numbers should be retained to ensure that the goods do reach us. Once we have received the returned goods a full refund will be issued.
UK and Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Scilly Isles – Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Contract
We must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been accepted and received by us we will confirm that your Order has been received by sending an e-mail to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
Price
The price payable for goods is as set out in our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices stated exclude delivery charges which are shown separately when placing your order and are inclusive of any applicable VAT, if applicable.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
a. we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
b. we do not deliver to your area or country; or
c. if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price, and/or description for whatever reason.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, natural disaster or accident.
Complaints
If you have any concerns or complaints about the goods, this website or the service you have received then contact us at contact@redcherrytree.com. You can also leave us an email via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website.
Delivery
Products are delivered by courier. They are sent via our chosen courier service, items are insured against being lost or damaged during transit.
We do our very best to despatch orders within 3 working days, unless a particular product is out of stock we will then contact you. Most items on the site are held in stock and will always attempt to adjust the site if stocks run out. If an item is out of stock we will despatch the rest of your order and the out of stock item will follow.
Damaged or Missing Order
If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing we will make enquiries with the courier service. Please allow up to 14 days for a resolution.
The above applies to all ranges with the exclusion of Cupcake Cakes.
Bouquet Cupcakes
In all cases, it is the SOLE responsibility of the sender to make sure that the person is available to receive the gift. There will be no refunds made in such circumstances.
If insufficient delivery details result in late or non-delivery of orders, we will try to remedy the situation, however this is the responsibility of the sender and NO REFUNDS can be made.
Delivery will be made on the specified date. A signature is required however you can request for it to be left with a neighbour. If you request for the order to be left, for example on a porch, garden etc, this will be the SOLE responsibility of the sender. We cannot guarantee the safe keeping of the product.
If a neighbour is not available, the order will be brought back to the depot and automatic delivery made the following day.
Deliveries to business, Hospital and Hotel addresses, will only be delivered to receptions. We are not allowed to deliver direct due to security reasons.
Refund Policy for Bourquet Cupcakes
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of dispatch. Providing an order is cancelled before 3pm on the business day prior to dispatch, a refund will be given minus £3 administration charge (Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as business days)

Please note that the cupcakes are made fresh every day and may differ slightly from the images.
Ordering Bouquet Cupcakes
We need 2 days from order to delivery.
Therefore an order placed:
Over the weekend can be delivered at the earliest Tuesday
On Monday can be delivered the earliest Wednesday
On Tuesday can be delivered the earliest Thursday
On Wednesday can be delivered the earliest Friday
On Wednesday can be delivered the earliest Saturday
We are closed over all bank holidays. Orders placed during this time will go out on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday.
Data Protection and Privacy
It is our policy never to sell or pass on your name and address to other organisations. You will never receive "junk mail" as a result of ordering from Red Cherry Tree Limited.
